混凝土中的外加剂涉及到含固量的控制,通过检测混凝土中的外加剂含固量,来调整调整减水率、掺量、凝结时间等性能。若想提高含固量,可适当减水率高点、掺量小点;反之,可降低含固量。按照国家标准GB8076-2008对每批次混凝土中的外加剂含固量进行检测操作,通过称重仪器,记录试样质量m1(g),器皿质量m2(g)以及烘干后重m3(g),计算出混凝土中的外加剂含固量,计算公式如下:含固量S(%)=【1-(m1+m2-m3)/m1】*100。在GB 8076-2008《混凝土外加剂》标准中指出,若生产的含固量控制值S≥25%时,应控制在0.95S~1.05S;含固量S≤25%时,应控制在0.90S~1.10S。通过检测混凝土中的外加剂含固量,来调整调整减水率、掺量、凝结时间等性能。
Admixtures in concrete require control of their solid content. Detecting the solid content of admixtures in concrete is used to adjust performance parameters including water reduction rate, dosage, and setting time. If an increase in solid content is desired, appropriately raising the water reduction rate and reducing the dosage can achieve this; conversely, the solid content can be lowered.
According to the national standard GB 8076-2008, the solid content of admixtures in each batch of concrete shall be tested via the following procedure: use a weighing instrument to record the sample mass m1 (g), the container mass m2 (g), and the post-drying mass m3 (g), then calculate the solid content of the admixtures in concrete using the formula below:
Solid content S (%) = [1 - (m1 + m2 - m3)/m1] × 100.
As stipulated in GB 8076-2008 *Concrete Admixtures*, when the target solid content S ≥ 25%, the allowable control range shall be 0.95S ~ 1.05S; when S ≤ 25%, the allowable control range shall be 0.90S ~ 1.10S.
