LSA-SAF Monthly SEVIRI and AVHRR Land Surface Temperature from version 2 suite at 0.25ºx0.25º

Monthly averages of the Land Surface Temperature (LST) version 2 products derived from the Spinning Enhanced Visible and Infrared Imager (SEVIRI) on-board Meteosat Second Generation (MSG) and the Advanced Very High Resolution Radiometer (AVHRR) onboard Metop (EUMETSAT polar-orbiting satellites, EPS) produced by the Satellite Applications Facility on Land Surface Analysis (LSA-SAF). Data is provided on a 0.25ºx0.25º regular latitude-longitude grid. Monthly averages are produced from the following data records: Daily EPS LST Climate Data Record, EDLSTv2, generated globally on a daily basis for day and nighttime with equatorial crossing time at 9h30 AM/PM, covering 2007 to 2024 with a resolution of 0.01º degrees. MSG LST Climate Data Record, MLSTv2, generated at a frequency of 15-minutes over the MSG disk, covering 2004 to 2024 with a resolution of 0.05º degrees MSG All-sky LST Climate Data Record, MLST-ASv2, generated at a frequency of 30-minutes over the MSG disk, covering 2004 to 2024 with a resolution of 0.05º degrees. IODC MSG LST Data Record, MLSTv2-IODC, generated at a frequency of 15-minutes over the IODC disk, covering 2018 to 2024 with a resolution of 0.05º degrees.
