Comparative Mitochondrial Genomics Dataset of Hepialidae (Ghost Moths): Sequences, Alignments, Phylogenetic Trees, Selection Analyses, and 3D Structural Mappings
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains all raw data, analytical results and figures supporting comparative mitochondrial genomic research on ghost moths, with a focus on altitude-driven molecular adaptation of energy metabolism genes. Core HighlightsComplete datasets of 27 species: 24 ghost moth species (covering the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and low-altitude regions) plus 3 lepidopteran outgroupsMulti-dimensional analyses: phylogenetic trees, codon usage bias, FEL site-specific selection pressure, global selection tests via PAML, 3D structural mappingSupporting key findings: Consistently higher dN/dS ratios in low-altitude species; purifying selection enriched in transmembrane helices (nad2 p=0.037, nad5 p=0.012); significant likelihood ratio test for M7 vs M8 (P<0.0001)Reproducibility: All GenBank raw files, alignment files, PAML control files, FEL JSON outputs and Python analysis scripts are included
