Organoid modeling of lung-resident immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection

We sought to understand the effect of SARS-CoV-2 infection on transcriptomes of human lung organoids at various time points during infection. We performed differential gene expression analysis using data obtained from bulk RNA-sequencing of 4 mock and 4 infected time points (3, 7, 10, 14 days post-infection). We also took samples 48 hours post-infection with or without the presence of the antiviral drug remdesivir.
