资源简介:
We tested the hypothesis that NRG4/ErbB4 signaling regulates cytokine production in macrophages. Loss of ErbB4 in bone-marrow derived macrophages results in elevated pro-inflammatory cytokine production. These results demonstrate a feedback mechanism by which growth factor signaling can limit immune cells activity. Overall design: Gene expression profiling from M1 activated bone-marrow macrophages from 6 LysMCre/ErbB4-floxxed (KO) and 6 littermate ErbB4-floxxed (WT) controls. Samples are pair-matched with 1 KO and 1 WT from separate litters.
