This dataset contains single site mutations of the protein GAL4_YEAST and the corresponding mutation effect scores obtained from deep mutation scanning experiments. The protein sequences in the dataset are represented in the form of amino acid sequences. The dataset is split into training, validation, and test sets, containing 941, 131, and 121 samples respectively. The labels represent the mutation effect scores for each protein based on deep mutation scanning experiments, ranging from negative infinity to positive infinity.
