To investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the involvement of GmPAP23 in intracellular phosphorus recycling, an transcriptomic analysis was performed using the mature leaves of WT and OX5 lines grown under P sufficient conditions at R6 stage,the comparison between WT and OX5 lines revealed that a total of 1658 DEGs were identified between WT and OX5 lines, of which 828 genes were upregulated and 830 genes were downregulated the mature leaves of WT and OX5 lines grown under P sufficient conditions at R6 stage
