资源简介:
In this dataset, you will find two tabs that correspond with two types of data we collected: Stream temperature (tab 1) and micrometeorology (tab 2). Stream temperature data is in degrees C and was collected using Onset stream temperature probes that we set to record temperature at 15 minute intervals. There were between 4-5 probes ("sensor") per site and a total of 4 sites (Butano Creek: BC5 and UBC; Russian River: WC and MC). Temporal extent of data varies by site. Microclimate was recorded by a single instrument, ATMOS41, and we include a subset of the variables that we used to characterize the microclimate conditions at the 4 sites. Only the coastal sites in each watershed (BC5 and WC) had a leaf wetness sensor, which helps us identify fog events, i.e., sensors are wet when fog is dense. Variables include solar radiation (sr), ambient temperature (temp), wind direction (winddir), precipitation (precip), maximum precip, vapor pressure deficit (vpd), and leaf wetness (wetness level).
