Study descriptionThis dataset supports an experimental ecotoxicological study examining the effects of the veterinary antiparasitic drug ivermectin on soil nematodes. Laboratory exposures were conducted on Panagrellus redivivus and Xiphinema vuittenezi to assess species-specific sensitivity under different ivermectin concentrations, temperature regimes, and sonication treatments. Measured endpoints include survival and locomotor activity, providing both lethal and sublethal response data. In addition, the dataset includes results from a semi-field experiment using field-collected soils, in which total nematode abundance was determined after five days of ivermectin exposure.
