Posterior fire emissions and model code for the CO inversion study on the 2019 Amazonia fires

This archive provides the posterior fire carbon emissions used in the study. Emissions correspond to the state-vector domain defined in the manuscript “Fire carbon emission constraints from space-based carbon monoxide retrievals in the Carbon Tracker Europe data assimilation system: a case-study for the 2019 Brazil dry season.” Daily posterior emissions are attached on a 1.0° × 1.0° grid in NetCDF format. The archive also includes the CTDAS data assimilation systemn code and TM5-MP atmospheric transport model code versions used to generate the results.
