食品抽检可从生产、流通、餐饮三个环节进行,此数据是本单位按照抽检计划在流通环节对辖区内食品进行检测产生的数据,对此数据进行分析可以帮助掌握辖区食品安全现状,提高食品安全抽检监测和日常监管工作的质效。1.信息收集:采集抽检信息,包括抽样编号、食品细类等。2.数据检测:根据不同的食品类别确定检验项目,根据相应的国家标准进行检验得到检验结果,根据相应的判定依据得到最大允许限,将检验结果与最大允许限进行对比,得到结果判定。3.数据分析:对不合格项进行筛选、分类、归集,得到不合格项类别、该项的检测批次数量、不合格批次数量、不合格批次总数。计算该项目的不合格率=不合格批次/检测批次,占不合格批次总数的百分比=不合格批次/不合格批次总数,哪类检测项目的不合格率高、占不合格批次总数的百分比,说明该项目风险较大,需要重点监管。
Food safety sampling inspection can be conducted across three stages: production, circulation and catering. This dataset is generated from food testing carried out by our institution on commodities within its jurisdiction in the circulation segment per the official sampling inspection plan. Analyzing this dataset enables gaining a clear understanding of the local food safety status, and enhances the quality and efficiency of food safety sampling inspection, monitoring and daily regulatory work.
1. Information Collection: Collect sampling-related information, including sampling serial number, detailed food categories, and other relevant details.
2. Data Testing: Determine inspection items based on specific food categories, conduct tests in compliance with corresponding national standards to obtain test results, derive maximum allowable limits per the corresponding judgment criteria, and compare the test results against the maximum allowable limits to reach a final determination.
3. Data Analysis: Screen, categorize and aggregate unqualified test items, to obtain the category of each unqualified item, the total number of test batches for that item, the count of unqualified batches, and the overall total of unqualified batches. Calculate the unqualified rate for each item as: Unqualified Rate = Number of Unqualified Batches / Number of Test Batches; and the proportion of each unqualified item in the total unqualified batches as: Proportion = Number of Unqualified Batches / Total Number of Unqualified Batches. Test items with higher unqualified rates and larger proportions of the total unqualified batches signify greater food safety risks, and thus demand prioritized supervision.
