Data was acquired for sessions of 90h (3.5 days) long recordings of core body temperature measured non-invasively using a GreenTEG CORE dual-heat-flux-method thermometer, placed every 2 weeks for the first 6 weeks of life and then once every months. Indeed, this sensor cannot be worn 24/7 as it can cause superficial skin damages and potential organs damages in case it's worn while the infant receives an inertial shock (eg, car accident), hence it is worn only when the infant is at home or carried only in a stroller for the next 3.5 days. Hence, the experiment was designed so that this sensor is used every 2 weeks and then every 1 month to observe the evolution of the core body temperature. These logs need to be concatenated, they each represent a different, distinct session. These recordings were done with the GreenTEG RESEARCH license, allowing for 1Hz sampling resolution recordings.
