RNA sequencing of lungs from WT and IFITM3 knockout mouse lungs after SARS-CoV-2 infection

WT and IFITM3 KO mice were infected with 10^5 TCID50 SARS-CoV-2 MA10 (mouse adapted virus originally generated by the Baric Lab at UNC). 2 days post infection, RNA was extracted from lung tissue using TRIzol. RNA library preparation and sequencing was performed by Genewiz. Lung mRNA analysis at 2 days post infection of WT and IFITM3 KO mice with SARS-CoV-2 MA10.
