This submission includes the whole exome and bulk RNA sequencing associated with the correlative study of clinical specimens from a prospective clinical study of neoadjuvant bintrafusp alfa in patients with newly diagnosed, surgically resectable oral cavity or laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. ]]> Eligible patients had newly diagnosed, surgically resectable T2-4b squamous cell carcinoma with or without nodal disease, without evidence of distant metastasis. ]]> This trial enrolled patients from November 2019 to January 2021. A total of 14 patients were enrolled and treated. ]]>
