Placenta RNA-seq in gestational diabetes and normal pregnancy. Homo sapiens strain:placenta

In this study, 16 samples of gestational age infants (GDM-AGA, n=8) from mothers with gestational diabetes and 16 samples of gestational age infants (Ctrl-AGA, n=8) from normal controls were analyzed by transcriptome sequencing (RNA seq). Using | log2Fold Change |>=2 and FDR<0.05 as the standard for screening differentially expressed genes, GO functional annotation, KEGG pathway analysis, and protein-protein interaction network (PPI) analysis were performed on the screened differentially expressed genes.
