Bacterial and fungal strawberry rhizosphere microbiome in reused substrate

Reusing substrates has become an effective way to reduce medium usage while ensuring plant growth. In this project, we explore the impact of substrate reusing on the bacterial and fungal communities in strawberry rhizosphere. We investigate to what extent plants can shape their rhizosphere microbiome under different substrate conditions, also try to point out potential pathogens while reusing.
