Nematode assemblages from the chronically trawlled Silver Pit in the central North Sea, November 2000-April 2001

Data consists of presense data of nematode worms in the form of count data.
Meiofauna samples were collected with aNIOZ corer in November 2000 and April
2001, from three study areas in the Silver Pit, central North Sea, that were
subject to different levels of fishing effort.

The CSV file 'nematode_assemblages' contains the counts of nematode and
harpacticoid copepods from each sample. The CSV file 'abiotic_factors'
contains infromation on the level of trawling disturbance at each of the
sites, as well as sediment granulomety data.

本数据集包含线虫蠕虫的现存数据，以计数数据的形式呈现。中肠动物样本于2000年11月和2001年4月，利用aNIOZ钻探器从北海中央的银坑三个研究区域采集，这些区域承受着不同程度的捕捞强度。CSV文件'线虫群落'包含了每个样本中线虫和桡足类甲壳类的计数数据。CSV文件'非生物因素'包含了各采样点拖网干扰的程度信息，以及沉积物粒度数据。
