Data utilized to in "Site-specific detection and differential levels of immune mediators in the sinonasal mucosa" by Lopez et al. The data are immune mediator levels detected in the inferior meatus at the head of the inferior turbinate (IM), the middle meatus (MM), and the sphenoethmoidal recess (SER) of the sinonasal mucosa from thirteen patients undergoing non-functional pituitary surgery without a history or radiographic evidence of inflammatory mucosal disease enrolled in an IRB-approved study at UNC-Chapel Hill (17-2677). Samples were collected using Leukosorb strips under endoscopic visualization.
