AI Digital Certification

This study investigated how a new AI-enhanced digital competency certification (AI-DCIT) can improve the Indonesian mining industry. Specifically, it looked at how this certification acts as a governance innovation to connect human resource development (focusing on operators' attitudes, knowledge, and skills) with a greater awareness of sustainability.
