Value for knock-out (KO) indicates reduction or increase in migration angle relative to wild-type cells. Dye effect is reduction or increase relative to the other fluorescent dye used in each experiment (CMTMR for PKCƟ, CARMA1, and PTX experiments; fura for CCR7 experiments).
