This supplementary document presents the world’s first comprehensive framework for False-Collapse statistics within the Entropy-Induced Collapse (EIC) model—a novel approach that bridges quantum error correction (QEC), non-Markovian noise, and objective wavefunction reduction. The supplement provides rigorous definitions, analytical bounds, simulation scenarios, experimental protocols, model comparison tables, and responses to anticipated critiques. This work, together with the main EIC paper, constitutes a complete and self-consistent theory package. By publishing both the main article and this supplement as open-access resources, I aim to advance the democratization of science and promote reproducibility in quantum foundations research. Building on prior research (including GRW/CSL and decoherence theory), this work offers an explicit statistical roadmap to distinguish EIC phenomena in realistic quantum devices. Portions of the language and structure were supported by AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT), but all scientific content and model development are original to the author.
