RSV-positive samples (Nasopharyngeal aspirate) were collected and genotyped by gene amplification and sanger sequencing of the partial RSV G genes. A total of 112 positive samples were successfully sequenced, 55 of which were identified as the RSV-A genotype and 57 as the RSV-B genotype.
