In this section of the study, survey respondents who utilized services from both public and private banks were surveyed to collect data. Techniques, such as questionnaires, interviews, and online surveys, were employed for data gathering, with an online survey selected as the primary method. Two approaches, primary and secondary data analysis, were utilized to evaluate survey responses. Primary data were directly gathered by researchers to address specific objectives, while secondary data originated from external sources already accessible to the research team. Both data types were integrated to enhance comprehension, as they offered distinct advantages and limitations. To investigate the preferences, experiences, and satisfaction levels of bank customers, survey questions were carefully crafted. These data were compared to identify factors influencing the decisions of the customers between public and private banks, thereby enabling the determination of customer satisfaction and evaluation of banking industry performance. Finally, the information obtained from student surveys was analyzed to evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction, compare it with bank profitability metrics, and evaluate potential correlations between the two variables.
