Taiwan Public Library Statistics

This dataset compiles 58,269 source observations of Taiwan public-library statistics with reference years spanning 1991–2026. Each observation retains an official URL, original-file hash, page/table/cell locator, raw value, period, unit, population and source version. Version 0.9.2 adds the complete selected public-library subsets from three tables reporting 2004 statistics: 16 physical cells and 24 source observations. Equivalent CSV, JSONL and SQLite representations and a complete ZIP support discovery, source comparison and research that preserves statistical definitions. Publication versions, geographic levels and annual/monthly definitions coexist. The data are not a complete harmonized national county-year panel and must not be summed wholesale as library counts. Human sample reading and double collation remain incomplete.
