Clonostachys rosea Dicer mutants and their interaction with wheat. Deletion mutants for Dicer-like genes were obtained for the fungus Clonostachys rosea, and the mRNAs and sRNAs of the mutants were sequenced during interaction with wheat.

Deletion mutants were obtained for the biocontrol fungus Clonostachys rosea strain IK726. Both transcriptome and small RNA sequencing were conducted on the WT and the mutants, both in control conditions and during interaction with wheat, a known plant host of C. rosea.
