Organizational change is an unavoidable aspect of today’s business environment, especially within the manufacturing sector, which must constantly adjust to evolving market conditions and technological progress. Strong leadership is essential in conveying change to employees, facilitating seamless transitions, and reducing resistance. This research explores how leadership communication strategies are implemented during organizational change within the Sales Division of a manufacturing firm. Adopting a qualitative case study method, the study draws on in-depth interviews with both managerial staff and employees. The findings highlight that the success of organizational change is largely influenced by three main elements: transparent communication, clear and visionary leadership, and proactive employee involvement. The study underscores the vital role of open and persuasive leadership communication in supporting employees’ adaptation to organizational transformation.
