Dataset and Survey Instrument: Teachers' Perceptions of Generative AI in Inclusive Primary Education

This dataset contains the anonymised responses (n = 470) collected through a validated 24-item online questionnaire administered to active Primary Education teachers across Spain. The instrument is organised across six dimensions: (D1) Demographic Profile, (D2) Penetration and Familiarity with GenAI tools, (D3) Specific Uses, (D4) Inclusive Use with students with Special Educational Support Needs (SESN), (D5) Training, and (D6) Satisfaction. Items used 5-point Likert scales and dichotomous responses. The repository includes the survey instrument (PDF) and the full response dataset (XLSX). These materials support the findings reported in: "Generative AI in Inclusive Primary Education: A National Diagnostic of Teachers' Perceptions and a UDL-Based Techno-Pedagogical Integration Model."
