Rhetorical Collapse: Micro-Case Study in Low-Signal Authenticity Policing on YouTube
收藏资源简介:
This dataset documents a short but revealing exchange beneath the YouTube upload “Rhetorical Collapse.” The highlighted thread captures a common pattern in contemporary online discourse: a low-information commenter declares “bro posting ai” as if unveiling a revelation, followed by escalating defensive sarcasm from the video’s creator (Slade) and a complete absence of substantive engagement from the commenter. The interaction provides a compact, high-resolution example of Authenticity Panic Syndrome — a behavioral pattern in which individuals with no creative footprint attempt to gatekeep creativity by policing whether someone is “allowed” to use modern tools. The dataset includes: • Screenshot of the full exchange• Behavioral notes on low-content account dynamics• Rhetorical structure of “AI-calling-as-argument”• Context from the video’s satirical framing ("Rhetorical Collapse") This dataset belongs to the QSOL-IMC Digital Entomology catalog of micro-behaviors observed in hostile or confused online respondents.
