Disclosed are one computer system， and by related computer implemented methods， for diseases of the crops to recognize from of image with field of view (FoV) large. In some forms of embodiment， the computer system is configured for initially build one first digital model in memory for an identify one region which capture one sheet， and one second model for identify one region which capture one leaf infected with an illness. Given an image with FoV large， under control of the program， the system is scheduled for then automatically identify the candidate regions that could capture the individual sheets of the image with FoV large using the first model. The system is scheduled for further determining if the candidate regions capture the symptoms of an illness of culture in individual sheets using the second model.
