A cross-species single-cell kidney atlas: Data repository

Data repository linked to our manuscript "A cross-species single-cell kidney atlas highlights pathway-level gene expression coordination in individual patients" including our 5 annotated snRNA-seq atlases in anndata format: 

1.) SISKA.h5ad: Our cross-species atlas using one-to-one orthologous genes between human, mouse, and rat

2.) Human.h5ad: Human-only atlas (SISKA annotation)

3.) Mouse.h5ad: Mouse-only atlas (SISKA annotation)

4.) Rat.h5ad: Rat-only atlas (SISKA annotation)

5.) Human_extended.h5ad: Human extended disease-centered atlas

6.) raw_feature_bc_matrix.h5 files of unpublished human biopsy samples
