Inter-ion distances in LN:Er ([Er] = 0.08÷2.71 wt%) crystals with a different dopant concentration

This dataset describes concentration dependences of LiNbO3:Er ([Er] = 0.08÷2.71 wt%) crystals structure particularities. Crystals were grown in one technological cycle. Inter-ion distances of different kind are present. 7 crystal samples have been grown, Er concentration in them: 0.08 wt% (sample 1), 0.8 (2), 1.52 (3), 2.19 (4), 2.48 (5), 2.66 (6), 2.71 (7).

本数据集详述了LiNbO3:Er([Er] = 0.08÷2.71 wt%)晶体结构特性与其浓度依赖关系。晶体均在一道工艺循环中培育而成。其中包含多种类型的离子间距离。共培育7个晶体样本，其Er浓度分别为：0.08 wt%（样本1）、0.8（样本2）、1.52（样本3）、2.19（样本4）、2.48（样本5）、2.66（样本6）及2.71（样本7）。
