Dataset for building and using a random forest model to annotate GPS-ACC data with behaviours, as shown in the publication "Using accelerometer-based behavioral classification to enhance scavenger conservation". This file contains the R code, the training dataset for annotating the behaviours of Griffon Vultures (Gyps fulvus), and example datasets for individuals wanting to use the code for other species.
