For the very first time we have detected 6 high-redshift blazars in the 20-200MeV band that lack X-ray data. These are powerful MeV blazars which will pavethe way to the exploration of the MeV sky as performed by e-ASTROGRAM and COSI.We request to observe all 6 with XMM-Newton for a total of 122.2 ks. TheXMM-Newton observations will enable us to detect the proposed sources in thesoft X-ray band accurately measure the spectral shape and flux in this bandand sample the onset of the inverse Compton emission. These properties arefundamental to determine the power of the jet and to derive the shape of theunderlying electron population responsible for the emission. [truncated!
