资源简介:
This dataset encompasses the comprehensive data extraction table utilized in a systematic review and meta-analysis investigating the diagnostic utility of non-invasive clinical features and laboratory biomarkers for ulcerative colitis (UC). The data was systematically generated through a rigorous literature search across eight major electronic databases, including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP, and SinoMed, spanning from database inception to october 15, 2025. The spatial scope of the included 389 observational studies (cohort, cross-sectional, and case-control designs) is global, covering patient cohorts from North America, Asia, Oceania, Africa, South America, and Europe. Two independent researchers utilized a standardized protocol to extract the data, and discrepancies were resolved through consensus or a third-party adjudicator. The dataset is provided in a standard Microsoft Excel workbook named "Comprehensive Dataset of 389 Observational Studies: Clinical Features and Biomarkers for Ulcerative Colitis Triage". The data table contains exactly 389 records, each representing a distinct study or patient cohort. Column labels represent pre-defined extraction variables: bibliographic information (first author, publication year, country), baseline characteristics (study design, control disease type such as Crohn's disease, ischemic colitis, or irritable bowel syndrome), sample sizes, and extracted effect sizes (Odds Ratios and Mean Differences) with their corresponding 95% confidence intervals. Specific quantitative units are strictly defined in the column headers where applicable, notably µg/g for fecal calprotectin (FC), mm/h for erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and mg/L for C-reactive protein (CRP).
