This study intend to evaluate host genotypes and soil type impacts on soybean rhizosphere microbiome assembly. To achieve this goal, we grew 6 soybean cultivars in two different soil types in the greenhouse. At flowering stage, rhizosphere samples were collected and DNA were extracted using MoBio soil DNA extraction kit. 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing were used to profile microbial community composition and structures.
