Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the entrepreneurship learning process of small cocoa and coffee producers through the neuroinnovation method, supporting the theory of hierarchy of emotional neural patterns in individual, collective, and organizational thinking. Findings: The neuroinnovation method’s impact on the learning process of small coffee producers does not occur for cocoa producers (DIF = 0.62 vs −0.01) due to smaller differences with respect to business skills in the coffee sector. Conclusions: We confirm impact on the individual, collective, and organizational learning process of small producers. Moreover, cosmic memory is higher among research groups of the same sector.
