Data for "Variation in the detectability of predator-prey interactions may lead to misleading conclusions in trophic ecology studies"

This repository includes the datasets that were used for the statistical analysis in the article "Variation in the detectability of predator-prey interactions may lead to misleading conclusions in trophic ecology studies". This repository includes: 1) TMD_Data: data obtained from the voracity experiment and the consecutive molecular gut content analysis of the same carabids by Multiplex PCR to draw detectability curves. 2) Size: the size dataset of the tested carabid species, obtained from Carabids.org and personal experiments. 3) CirculantCZ: the carabid community dataset that was already used for the article "Effect of Conservation Agriculture on Aphid Biocontrol by Generalist (Carabid Beetle) and Specialist (Parasitoids Wasp) Natural Enemy Communities in Winter Wheat" (https://doi.org/10.3389/fevo.2022.893787). 4) Script_Digestion_Article_Final: an R Markdown document containing and commenting on the R script of the statistical analysis produced for the article.
