Metaplastic injury of Adar1-sufficient (WT) and -deficient (Adar1fl/fl;Mist1Cre-ERT/+) mice using vehicle or high-dose tamoxifen (HD-Tam) for 2 daily injections. Age-matched wild-type (C57BL/6) mice were treated with either vehicle (24 hours) or HD-Tam for 2 daily injections. In addition, Adar1fl/fl;Mist1Cre-ERT/+ mice were treated with 7 days of low-dose tamoxifen to induce Cre recombination, followed by 2 daily injections of either vehicle or high-dose tamoxifen (HD-Tam) for 48 hours. For all mice, gastric corpus tissue was collected, and RNA was isolated.
