This dataset contains recalculated aluminium (Al) and sodium (Na) recovery values derived from experimental results reported in Pilla et al., 2025 (“A sustainable approach for concurrent recovery of metals from H₂ reduced bauxite residue (‘red mud’): process optimization,” Resources, Conservation and Recycling, 215, 108051). The recalculation values were performed to provide more precise recovery percentages based on the updated recovery formulas and mass balance analyses, allowing for improved comparison between the published dataset and the new dataset. The dataset includes numerical values for multiple process parameters and recovery rates, enabling researchers to validate the findings for greater accuracy compared to those presented in the original publication.
