transcriptome sequencing, gene expression analysis of mouse liver, kidney and brain.. Mus musculus

This is the gene expression data of mouse liver, kidney and brain. Tissues were isolated from mice and were embedded, rapidly frozen in liquid nitrogen. Fresh frozen blocks were cryosectioned and were used for total RNA extraction or tissue microdissection. For whole transcriptome analysis, sequencing libraries were prepared from total RNA and microdissection samples. Pair-end sequencing was performed by Illumina Miseq.
