A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the shrubland ecosystem at Yuanjiang Station from 2015 to 2024

This dataset includes the flux observation data of the shrubland ecosystem at the Yuanjiang Savanna Ecosystem Research Station in Yunnan Province from 2015 to 2024. The raw observation data were collected at the flux observation site in the station. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing spefications, the raw observation data were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements. In the dataset, the data for each year consists of 8 Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes major fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on the basis of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY).
