Effect of Fnip2 genetic variant in mouse tissues

We have modeled the Fnip2 rs2291007 genetic variant in the mouse genome. In this study we aimed to investigate the effect of this genetic variant in the transcriptome of two metabolically relevant tissues: liver and white adipose tissue (WAT) Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA Seq data for Fnip2T/T and Fnip2C/C livers and WAT. We have included 5 and 5 biological replicates for livers and 5 and 4 replicates for WAT.
本研究已在小鼠基因组中构建了Fnip2 rs2291007遗传变异的模型。本研究旨在探究该遗传变异对两种代谢相关组织——肝脏与白色脂肪组织(white adipose tissue,简称WAT)——转录组的影响,并针对Fnip2T/T与Fnip2C/C基因型小鼠的肝脏及白色脂肪组织的RNA测序(RNA Seq)数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。本研究中,肝脏样本的两组生物学重复数均为5例,白色脂肪组织样本的生物学重复数分别为5例与4例。
