资源简介:
In this study, a structural model was tested to investigate the mediating role of self-leadership in the relationships between basic psychological needs and career adaptability and academic self-efficacy and career adaptability. When testing the model, the effect of life satisfaction was controlled. 404 university students [67.3% females and 32.7% males] participated in the study. The participants responded to measures of basic psychological needs satisfaction, academic self-efficacy, self-leadership, career adaptability, and life satisfaction. The data was collected online by way of Google Forms from May to July 2021. The participants were accessed by sharing the study link with certain explanations on some courses and requested to share the link with their friends on their social media accounts, which university students follow.
