Code and test data set for the dwell time analysis of enterovirus RNA-dependent RNA polymerases using multiplexed magnetic tweezers, to investigate snap-back synthesis and recombination. <br> <br> This script constructs a dwell time distribution of tanslocating polymerases, optimized for data acquired with Magnetic or Optical Tweezers.
