Machine learning approaches to reveal the eutrophication pattern of engineered throughflow lake: driving mechanisms and governing thresholds

The publicly available repository contains the original dataset used in this study (data.xlsx), MATLAB scripts for the change-point analysis (Changepoint-MATLAB), MATLAB scripts for the Self-Organizing Map analysis (SOM-MATLAB), and R scripts used for the Generalized Additive Model analysis (GAM-R). These resources provide both the data and computational codes required to reproduce the analyses presented in this study.
