Surfaces metagenomes from Spanish food industries

This study is focused in understand the difference in the microbiota of meat v.s dairy industries, as well as the differences in food v.s non-food contact surfaces.The main interest is analyze the presence of antimicrobial resistance genes in these industries, which bacteria can harbour them, and know more about the relation between resistome, microbiome and cleaning protocols.
