流感预测模型数据集

本数据集为2025年1月1日至2025年5月12日的圣湘物联仪器产生的PCR数据，包括10万+条数据，数据范围涵盖25个省份、1000+家医院。数据具体为筛选后的上呼吸道6种病原体检测的检测数据ID、时间戳ID、日期、脱敏后的医院编号、病原体种类、阳性检出数量、总检出数。基于数据内容，直观地获取到不同（脱敏后的）医院、城市的检测数量、各病原体检测数量，从而用于监控和预测传染病爆发情况，此外，该数据还可以输入流感预测模型，作为训练集。

This dataset comprises PCR data generated by Sansure IoT instruments between January 1, 2025 and May 12, 2025, with over 100,000 records spanning more than 1,000 hospitals across 25 provinces. Specifically, the filtered dataset includes detection records for 6 upper respiratory tract pathogens, containing detection data ID, timestamp ID, date, de-identified hospital ID, pathogen category, number of positive detections, and total detection count. With this dataset, one can intuitively derive the total detection volumes across distinct de-identified hospitals and cities, as well as the detection counts for each individual pathogen, facilitating the monitoring and prediction of infectious disease outbreaks. Furthermore, this data can be utilized as a training set for influenza prediction models.
