蒙古高原1：100万行政区划数据（2013年）

本数据为蒙古高原区域的省级行政区划数据，包含蒙古高原28个省级行政区划（中国1个、蒙古国22个、俄罗斯5个）。数据为shapefile格式，各省区划以面状多边形表达，比例尺为1:100万。本数据以哈佛大学生产的全球行政区划数据为基础，经过各国省级单元定义标准统一、行政界线检查修改、属性表字段整理核对得到。

This dataset is a provincial-level administrative division dataset for the Mongolian Plateau region. It includes 28 provincial-level administrative divisions across the Mongolian Plateau: 1 from China, 22 from Mongolia, and 5 from the Russian Federation. The data is stored in Shapefile format, with each provincial division represented as an area polygon, and the cartographic scale is 1:1,000,000. This dataset is developed based on the global administrative division dataset produced by Harvard University, and was finalized through three core steps: unifying the definition standards of provincial-level units across different countries, inspecting and revising administrative boundaries, as well as organizing and verifying the fields in the attribute table.
