To investigate the impact of TNFa on mammary basal colony formation in vitro 3D culture. The mammary basal cells were sorted from adult female mammary glands by FACS sorting, and cultured in the presence of 10ng/ml recombinated mouse TNFa in 3D for 10 days, and harvested for microarray, compared with control.
