RNA_seq data for Rrp6 project analysis in malaria (Plasmodium falciparum)

We carried out strand-specific RNA-seq libraries followed by deep sequencing (RNA-seq) to explore the transcriptional profile of the PfRrp6-DD-1C,PfRrp6-DD-1B,PfRrp6-DD-4C,WT 3D7-G7, WT NF54 and PfMaf1-OE lines. The RNA-seq assay was carried out to detect the transcriptional profiles in PfRrp6-DD three clones and PfMaf1-OE line with WT 3D7-G7, NF54 and vector lines as control.
